Temperature Check and Log Book listing - Name, Address, Temperature, Social Distancing (applicable for guests who are on different groups) and Frequent Sanitizing must be observed

BOOKING TERMS

Prior reservation is required, subject to availability.

Your reservation is considered confirmed as soon as the desired deposit is made thru GCASH PAYMENT (Contact number: 09691072449, Account name: Roda G.) The deposit given will serve solely as a booking confirmation (NO HOLDING OF BOOKINGS), while the remaining balance for consumption or accommodation shall be settled at the resort upon check-out and the deposit transacted will be deducted from the total bill. At this stage, only GCASH or CASH PAYMENTS will be entertained.

NO HOLDING OF BOOKINGS, hence no deposit, no confirmed reservation.

The deposit given is NON-REFUNDABLE.

In the event of re-booking, it must be done 7 days prior to date of arrival, otherwise re-booking may not be permitted.

Under exceptional cases, re-booking or refunds may be accommodated if the late cancellation or no show is due to a valid emergency. Allowance of the foregoing shall be at the sole discretion of the Resort and subject to presentation of appropriate supporting document/s (i.e. doctor’s note or medical certificate for confinement of guest in a hospital)

FOOD & BEVERAGES

No corkage fee for bringing outside food and beverages

No Café/Restaurant/Eatery available inside the resort, thus you may bring your own food, order from outside vendors of food place or cook in our small shared kitchen. Kindly bring your own plates, cups and cutleries as we only have limited resources provided

As the resort do not serve food and/or drinks, Management will not be held liable for food poisoning that may occur from food and/or drinks brought in by the guests.

Bringing Alcoholic drinks should be controlled. For the benefits of other guests and maintain the PEACE and ORDER in the resort, Management reserves the right to restrict unruly guests to their cabanas/tents or evict them on the premises with no refund

CABANAS & TENT RENTALS

Extra beddings are available upon request

Bath Towels and Toiletries are not available, thus guests are advised to bring their own

TENTS are currently available for rent with corresponding rates, or you may bring your own tents (with corkage fee) especially for big group reservations
- our 4 cabanas can only accommodate comfortably 16pax in total, but can be maximized up to 20pax only

PET/S

Guest may bring domesticated pets provided it is properly supervised and pose no risk to other guests. Any damage caused by the pet will be charged to the guest.

Domesticated pets must be on a cage or leash and under control at all times

SMOKING POLICY

SMOKING IS ALLOWED (ashtrays will be provided upon request)

ensure to properly dispose your cigarette butt in the proper trash bin

for safety purposes, smoking inside the cabanas and tents are strictly prohibited

CHILD POLICY
-
Children below 7 years old are free of charge on accommodation (cabanas/tent rentals)

Child’s safety is out utmost priority, thus all children below 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times

LOST & FOUND

Management is not liable for any lost item/s. Lost and Found Item/s will only be kept for a maximum of 3 days and any unclaimed item/s will be disposed or discarded afterwards

CLEANLINESS AND ORDERLINESS

Guests are obliged to make an effort to upkeep the cleanliness of the surroundings and practice CLAYGO (Clean As You Go) in all areas after using. To ensure that any decorations (balloons, confetti cannons/poppers/ glitter bombs, etc) shall be removed properly once gathering/event is finished.

Guests to observe night time peace and quiet – not to be a nuisance or disturbance to other guests accommodated in the resort.

As a respect to other guests (applicable for non-exclusive bookings only), quiet hours must be observed and there should be no more loud noises from 12pm onwards.

The resort management reserves the right to ask misbehaving guest/s to leave the premises of the Resort at any time of the day
FACILITIES

Guests shall be held responsible for the proper use of the facilities including furniture, appliances, and equipment. Management reserves the right to hold the guests liable for any damages and/or loss of property. Damages and breakages must be reported to the caretaker. Guests must settle their liabilities before leaving the resort's premises.

For safety reasons, guests are prohibited from bringing in any type of stove and propane tanks such as Butane stove, electric stove, “Superkalan”
THE RESORT’S MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES INDICATED ABOVE.
